The purpose of the Coach is to support all parties to maximise the outcomes across all three dimensions of the Coached Secondment.

Our coaches work with you, to create trusting space for your best thinking, in order to find your creative insights and build your confidence to take the actions you need.  Coaching oils the wheels for the parties involved to engage more, see each others’ points of view, collaborate and bring forward effective solutions.

We believe confidentiality, trust, challenge and support are each necessary ingredients for successful coaching.  The coaching relationship you build with Circulus will determine success for you and your organisations.

The Circulus Coach Team

In addition to the founders and directors of Circulus, we have a rich team of coaches from which to draw.  The breadth of the Circulus Coaching Team’s business experience, the depth of their coaching skills, and the expansiveness of their coaching across all sectors and business sizes, enables you to maximize the benefits coaching can bring.  In addition, the Circulus Coaching Team brings their own excitement to being involved in this novel approach to building stronger businesses.  We only use highly experienced and accredited coaches. A selection of our coaches is described below.

Mary Farebrother

Mary is an Executive Coach and Management Development professional with extensive business experience. She has directed leadership programmes for London Business School, headed up the Training Division at The Chartered Institute of Marketing and has a successful track record in marketing and executive development roles with major international organisations including Boots, BOC Healthcare and Wellcome.

After graduating in microbiology, Mary began her career developing and marketing new products for pharmaceutical operations worldwide. Working internationally inspired a transition into leadership development in the early 1990s and the achievement of a Masters degree in Management Development.

At London Business School she directed programmes for senior managers and top talent at Barclays, Ericsson, Nortel, Old Mutual, Roche Diagnostics and Zain.

 

 

Sandy Foster

Sandy Foster is an independent Organisational Development Consultant with more than 30 years experience in learning and development in both the corporate world and education. She is an Executive Leadership Coach and has coached many individuals and teams in different industries across Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia. Sandy has also coached leaders in the Kenyan government and presented at the Royal Geographic Society.

Key areas of interest in her coaching work include: Supporting leaders/individuals to work on personal development and career goals/progression; helping leaders to develop coaching skills for the people they lead and creating the climate for leaders to recognise and develop their potential to stretch and be successful.

Sandy is a member of several organisations including: Master of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Coaching and Mentoring Community affiliated with Results Coaching, New York.

 

Damiana Kralj, Circulus Coaching Team

Damiana Kralj

Damiana coaches business owners, entrepreneurs and middle to senior management, bringing to the coaching partnership 13 years of her previous experience in international corporate banking and in business consulting.

During her banking career with JP Morgan Chase, Damiana developed the corporate client base in parts of Central and Eastern Europe, managed privatisation projects, and advised the European private equity investment community.

As a consultant, she worked with entrepreneurs and family owned firms on their business and financing strategy, corporate structuring across Europe and succession planning.

Damiana has worked and lived in London, New York, Warsaw and in Italy. She coaches in English, Italian and Slovenian.

Damiana's clients have worked at organisations including JP Morgan Chase, ING, Mars and Unilever.

Damiana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and has a Diploma in Coaching Skills from Coaching Development in London.

 

Andy King

Andy works with people in business who are successful at what they do and would like to spend more time working on what is important to them and their business.

More often than not clients know the theory and are frustrated with the struggle they have putting it in to practice.  Having been there he knows that it is essential to start by creating time and space away from the coal face.

He uses a combination of his 30 years commercial experience in fashion retail and his professional training as a coach to help clients sort the wheat from the chaff and find ways forward that work for them.

During his 30 years in business Andy has worked as MD and other senior executive roles with New Look, Burton, Evans and Debenhams, Top Man, Hawkshead and Racing Green.

Recent Clients include ABC Lebanon, Baird Menswear, Jumeira Hotels, Lands End, M&S, New Look and WDT.
